Who is responsible
Jovadan is operated by FM CONSULTORIA DIGITAL LTDA, Av Paulista, 777, andar 15, conjunto 15, sala 1238 — São Paulo, SP, Brazil. For privacy questions or requests, contact fernando@jovadan.com.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your name, email address, firm name, and message. I use this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss whether Jovadan can help. Please do not include confidential client records, financial account details, or other sensitive information in the form.
Contact-form inquiries are retained for 30 days. Records created separately if you become a client are governed by the engagement and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Website delivery and service providers
Netlify hosts this website. The contact form sends your submission through n8n to support handling your inquiry. Booking links take you to Cal.com, where the information you enter is handled under that service’s privacy notice. Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and security logs to deliver and protect their services.
These services may process information outside your country, including in Brazil and other countries where their infrastructure operates. Their retention practices for technical logs can differ from the contact-inquiry retention period above.
Optional analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose “Accept analytics.” It helps measure use of the site and actions such as clicking a booking link or successfully submitting the contact form. Form contents are not included in those analytics events. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this site’s configuration.
If you reject analytics, the site does not load the Google Analytics tag. Your choice is saved in local storage for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime. You can reopen Cookie preferences using the link on any page, withdraw consent, or clear your browser storage. A Global Privacy Control signal prevents analytics from being enabled.
Withdrawing consent disables analytics and removes the site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies. It does not automatically delete data already received by Google. Contact me if you want to make a privacy request concerning earlier information.
Why information is processed
Contact details are used to respond to requests and take steps toward a possible engagement. Optional analytics relies on your consent. Technical information supports website delivery and security. Where a legal basis is required, it depends on the purpose and the law applicable to the processing.
Your choices and requests
You can ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable privacy law by emailing the address above. I may need information to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can also raise concerns with the relevant data protection authority, including Brazil’s ANPD where applicable.
This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact me.
